Responsibilities:

  • Greets and consults with customers to interpret their needs and arrange for appropriate service
  • Works with customer and technicians to identify required maintenance
  • Advises customers on necessary services
  • Offers additional services and repairs to customers
  • Continuously updates customers on repair needs and completion times
  • Sets and manages expectations for service delivery for both customers and technicians
  • Communicate with customers about maintenance and service work needed
  • Computes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer.
  • Meets dealership starts for repair and order production.
  • Maintains CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) at or above company standards.
  • Completes required training
  • Complies with company policy and procedures.
  • Complies with OSHA guidelines

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of dealership Service Advisor experience, preferred.
  • Must be customer service oriented
  • Team Oriented
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with automotive software preferred
  • Current and valid Driver’s License
  • Good driving record
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Attention to detail and great communication skills 
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
